There are only 5 fractional ownership condos in the Residence Club Complex of 7 buildings with 3 condos in each building with a total of 20-21 condos. 6 are privately owned, 9 are owned and managed as rentals for the Four Seasons Resort/Hotel.

To own a condo in the Residence Club Development you would have to pay at least $1,850,000 and the annual maintenance fees will be much higher than for a fractional ownership. The developer no longer has private or fractional ownership inventory available for sale.
